Hi there - I just happened on your blog and found this lovely animation. It's great and addresses something I am always wondering about. I want to write a post on my blog about why people walk diagonally when shopping and I am trying to cycle past them - now I realise perhaps they are doing the first part of a curve and not a diagonal!
